You can now make your corporate bookings online, on hilton.com or ConradHotels.com at any time of the day. Besides, you will continue to earn your Reward Club points.

All you need to do is:

To have a corporate agreement between your company and Hilton Turkey or Conrad Istanbul.

To have your company's ID number (“D Number” for Hilton and “N Number” for Conrad Istanbul). If you don't know your ID number please contact our sales offices.

To be able to give the details of either the company's or the guest’s credit card number for the payment;

In case the credit card details can not be provided, to make sure that credit guarantee letter is faxed to Hilton or Conrad by the company. (In the event that the credit card or company guarantee letter is not provided, it should be considered that the reservation is valid until 16:00)

If Guest's Frequent Flyer or HHonors cards are available, being known their numbers (optional)

In order to enable to process your Reward Points, writing the Reward Club member's name in the section of Comments written
