Program and Points:

To earn Hilton Reward Club Points, reservations must be made on contracted corporate rates; name of the company and the person making the reservation must be declared during reservation in writing. Special discount rates (extended stays, contract and group rates) cannot be included in this campaign.
Each reservation made at the Hilton Turkey Hotels and Conrad Istanbul for an Executive or Suite room earns 10 points, other room types earn 5 points. Besides the Suite rooms, reservations at Hilton Kayseri's Business rooms and Hilton ParkSA's Standard Plus rooms earn 10 points. Reservations worth 10 points are showns as "A" wheras 5 points reservations are shown as" B" on the web site. Reservations with upgrades to Executive/Business/Standard Plus and Suite rooms are contained in the "B" category.
1 Hilton Reward Club point equals 1 YTL.
Hilton Reward Club coupons are valid at Hilton Turkey Hotels, Conrad Istanbul and selected Tefal shops. Coupon redemption details are listed in "Details" part of "Gifts" page.
Hilton has the right to change the stated brands and stores.
If the total value of your points are less than the price of item inclusive of its VAT, you can purchase it by paying the different. No invoice will be issued for the purchase made with points. Only the cash amount will be invoiced. If the total value of your points exceed the item's price, change money cannot be requested from the shops or Hilton Turkey Hotels and Conrad Istanbul.
Under any circumstance, points cannot be exchanged for money. Items or services purchased with points cannot be returned or refunded.
The coupons dated 2008 are valid until 31 March 2009.
The coupons cannot be used for the services that will be invoiced to companies.

Use of Points and Orders :

Hilton Reward Club members use this web site to follow up their points, to order and track orders. To become a member, the person who makes the reservation should contact sales offices for a Hilton Reward Club user name and password.
On the 5th of each month the web site displays the points of the previous month.
Depending on your points you can choose your gifts from the "Gift Order" page and place your order until the 10th of the month for the same month delivery. Orders placed later than this date will be delivered the following month.
Approved orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Orders placed until the 10th of the month will be dispatched until 15th. Delivery of the order may take up to 1-5 days depending on the courier service and your location.
