What are the point alternatives?
Each reservation made at the Hilton Turkey Hotels and Conrad Istanbul for an Executive or Suite room earns 10 points, other room types earn 5 points. Besides the Suite rooms, reservation at Hilton Kayseri's Business rooms and Hilton ParkSA's Standard Plus rooms earn 10 points. Reservations worth 10 points are shown as "A" whereas 5 points reservations are shown as" B" on the web site. Reservations with upgrades to Executive/Business/Standard Plus and Suite rooms are contained in the "B" category.

How can I get my coupons?
You can order your coupons on-line by accessing into "Gift Order" page in the site with your password and from any Hilton Turkey hotel where you had bookings.

How can I follow up my coupons?
You can see the situation of your coupons within sending process again in "Order Following" part.

How can I change wrong orders?
After "Approval" section at the last step in ordering process you will not be able to change your choice. For that reason, please consider this point again while determining your orders.

I forgot my password. How can I get it again?
You can get your new password from "Forgot Password" section in the page where you enter your user information. At the same time you can get a new password by communicating to Hilton Turkey Sales Offices.

I'm a new user. Where can I get my username and password?
You can apply to Hilton Turkey Sales Offices. You will receive a password letter and you should change it in "Membership Information" page by accessing into program.

When can I order my gifts?
You can order in any time you want. You can see your points that you got from your bookings in previous months by the 5th of each month. Depending on your local points you can choose your gifts from the "Gift Order" page and place your order until the 10th of the month for the same month delivery. Orders placed later than this date will be delivered the following month.

What is the order delivery timing?
Orders placed until the 10th of the month will be dispatched until 15th. Delivery of the order may take up to 1-5 days depending on the courier service and your location.

What should I do if I determined a failure in my points?

What should I do for traveling abroad?

Is it mandatory to gift ordering in each month?
Your points that are being loaded by January 2008 are valid until 31 March 2009 and you can use these points as you wish.
